On The Table In The Mic

This podcast was thought of because we love music and growing up in our families it was the fuel that started the day. Whether it was music played on Saturday mornings to get you in the mood to clean, music on the way to those little league games, road trips,holidays, relationships and everything in between, it was the sound track to our lives no matter the genre. From soul, r&b, pop to hip-hop it was always around to guide you or describe your mood and feelings. There isnt a time in my life that I cannot remember that there wasnt a song that played along with the situation. That what sets us apart and what we hope to bring to this segment of entertainment. The key isn’t just the choice of song or the genre of music but the lyrics and how they effect us all. Music heals, music soothes. From Marvin Gaye to Nasir Jones, lyrics have been used to tell a story that’s realer than any description you get from the news or even most movies. We hope to bring to the table all the topics of our world today by finding and curating a sound track based on artistry and speaking it the only way I know how.
